Also i'm confused as to why this was a server perma and not an OOC ban (other than him maybe giving off the impression he was a low effort griff)

The ban was because you had a reported record of doing this before on other servers, as well as doing it here. I told you to stop and you came back the next day and did it again with even more spam.

I'll lift your serverban, but you'll stay oocbanned for a while. You can still play, but you won't be given the opportunity to spam again for a while if that was your intention.

The ban was already lifted, everybody else is just pitching in because they're the usual idiots.
