Embed sprites

This is probably far better than embedded items disappearing upon entering your body, right?
Edit: the blood isn't pink anymore, how's this?

I don't like how the blood on the wounds is pink, should probably change it to red. Also please add some minor shading to the spears so they are darker on the bottom rather than just one color throughout, they look flat.

This would be very hard to maintain, there's a LOT of things that can embed, but are just a lot less ubiquitous than spears

I mean stuff like bullets and probably even ninja stars are small enough to not need a sprite. We have no sprites for these now so it is not like the ones we do not have sprites for right away will be losing anything if this is implemented

Couldn't you just have an embed overlay for items that defaults to the 'generic' embed overlay, with specific items having a different overlay?
