Give security an executioners block and blade

Now sec can do it medieval style. Buckle a perp into the block and use the blade on them, prompting a long activation-timer. Like with pointing a gun to someones head. On success, they are decapitated. Outside of this, the blade would be too heavy to use, or do the same damage as a knife.
Why
FOR FUN

I'd like to reiterate: Make executioner's blocks craftable from fuck if I know, wood or sandstone or shit.
Alternatively, make fire axes and swords (including the Chaplain's) insta-kill after a delay if mouth-targetted, similar to guns.
Also, add constructable guillotines.

Also, add constructable guillotines.
Make killing all heads this way a requirement for revolution major victory.

No thank you. I'd rather quickly put a bullet in their head or put them in the gas chamber and vent it to space. Making a spectacle out of execution doesn't fly well with Asimov AI, plus we have the electric chair already. It's clearly superior.

Behold: Shitcurity without class.

Given how easy it is to kill a restrained person as it is i do not think this would be unbalancing in any way. Sounds neat/10

To expand on this idea, instead of making it specifically an execution block make it a general "chopping block." This way all our jokes about sharia security that cuts off the hands of EVA thieves will become true.
By the way, now that dismemberment has been added it's about time we find some way to incorporate ISIS uniforms into the game somehow. Black robes and turbans should be readily available imo.

I support this idea.
Being able to readily chop off a limb without relyin on RNG would be fun for all the family, and won't really be abusable since it requires the victim to be restrained or at the very least to hold still for ages, like the gun execution thing.

We already got black robes with the plague doctor and chaplain.
Now all we need to do is be able to wear bedsheets on our heads.

Hell has frozen over
Anyway I was suggesting something like this pretty recently. Would it be too unbalanced if dismemberment-capable weapons could perform executions like guns, without a chopping block? Help intent, target mouth, same length of time. It would result in auto decapitation instead of multiplying gun damage. If you have someone captive long enough to do this you can cut their head off anyway, multiple times if RNG permits. Add some style and do it in a single swing.

That's totally not OP.
It also lets me deal with Morag Tong scum appropriately, which is vital for my stints as Chaplain.

Halifax gibbet or nothing! (You could even put the fire axe in as a required material to put a hard cap on constructions and call it a gibbet, yes I'm being nationalistic over naming because grr, the French copied the good ol' English again!)
Monsieur Guillot would like a word with you.
Also, fuck that fire axe, plasteel should be enough.

Hey, any greyshit can run security. What gives you class are your special toys that make you look better on the job
- toys that your average halfway-competent cargo tech can acquire, by the way.
