So much shit is being locked to the elusive traitor-exclusive emag. Perhaps it's time to share the love?

For starters, I think it might be cool to give emags to gangs (at a very high point cost). This allows for more sabotage in an otherwise relatively slow gang round, and could help spice the mode up (since some people believe it's due for some updates).

dear god don't give them to other antags, they make traitors OP enough as is
