Improve cryo cells

The temperature of someone in a set-up cryo cell will slowly reach about -3.15 degrees within 20 seconds, just enough for cryoxadone to have any effect at all.
A freezing shower brings you down to -177 degrees in a couple of seconds, enough for cryoxadone to be most effective, and in the next 20 seconds you or your patient will be almost fully healed, having only some burns from the freezing water which will heal thanks to the cryoxadone.
Cold showers do have their drawbacks as they don't automatically give cryoxadone and will deal burn damage. However, cryo cells need to be as good, or better, at cooling people down so that they are useful.

Cryo cells should start off being very good at quickly freezing people as if they were our current cryo cells with full upgrades. Upgrades would instead focus on reducing recovery times (as they do now) and could offer new healing benefits to cryo, such as bandaging bleeding, removing embedded objects automatically and/or preventing overdosing with the cell beaker's chemicals.

They should freeze you instantly or almost instantly, but take some time to warm up back to room temperature.

you stick someone in cryo for the reagent multiply, you use showers [or space] for the cooling.

If you put salbu in the cryo mix you won't even have to worry about them dying from O2 dep.

Thing is though, it takes so long for people to cool down in cryo that's it's less efficient than sticking them in a shower for a reagent that's already easy as piss to make in the first place. I legitimately don't see why people hate cryo so much, it very badly needs to be fixed.

The thing is I looked at the code, and cryo uses #realism, using heat capacity and shit to determine body temperature. Cold showers? Simple subtraction!

because they're badcoders who say "JUST THROWING A GUY IN CRYO IS TOO EASY A SOLUTION FOR EVERYTHING, MEDBAY NEEDS TO BE MORE NUANCED" when 50 unit instaheal stypic/silver sulf patches exist. the only thing cryo does now is cure clone loss and its even shit at that. If you need to heal a critical patient its better to epinephrine them in the sleeper and smash the window into chemistry to make patches.

Reminder that both the cryo cells themselves and the freezer can be upgraded to make things quicker.

Although this is irrelevant for clone damage, since if R&D has the parts they should already have the clone pod itself upgraded.

I don't know if cryo being fucked over was a bug or intentional, but it's needed a fix for months now. I'd understand if it was harder for the freezer to work, but needing nearly a minute to just get someone down to 172k or what ever the magic number for it to start working is ridiculous, it should happen within 5-10 seconds, especially since their temperature restarts at 320k if they are removed and placed back in for any reason.

I know Reed Glover and I started messing with Rezadone one late night round and honestly that stuff is fucking amazing now. 1u pills will instantly heal the cloneloss damage of anyone that doesn't have charcoal/similar purging chemicals in their system. The only hiccup is getting soy bean seeds and a tray from botany to grow your own koibeans but if there's no botanist it's simple to break in and if there is a botanist generally they're either competent and happy to grow a tonne for you or new and happy to lend you a tray and some seeds.
