This isn't really a good ban reason. Its very broad and non-specific. I didn't do anything ban-worthy, or else I would have been banned prior. Just thought I'd point that out.

I dragged someone into a room and said, "We're going to ERP" basically. I didn't actually do shit. I didn't type anything erotic. Just because I joke around and say I'm going to ERP doesn't mean I'm actually going to.

Observer here. You've been coercing another player into ERP after pulling her into experimentor room, stripping her, locking down the room and neck-grabbing her, all while she was resisting and clearly saying she doesn't want to, many times. That was definitely a rape scenario.

The part of the ban appeal about him being shit over the past few rounds was a bit exaggerated in retrospect since it turns out one of the ahelps I saw about him turned out to not really lead anywhere, but I'm still leaving the ban just on the grounds of the dumb ERP shit. It should be pretty clear that that's getting pretty damn close to the line, and given your history of getting banned on a bunch of other servers for similar line toeing shit (namely yogstation according to their public notes), I can safely guess that this isn't an isolated problem. Maybe appeal in a month or something if you can get vouchers for you being good

Was honestly just trying to get some laughs. I thought that my victim was just playing around with me. They didnt resist me dragging them in the room. They weren't restrained/stunned/etc. So I just figured we were shitting around and having fun. As I said before, it wasn't graphic in nature at all. I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone.

But yeah, the voucher thing is fine with me.

Hrm, this ban has been bugging me for a little now, and perhaps I overreacted with the perma in the first place. I talked to the other person involved with it and they really didn't have an issue with it in the first place and had been playing along (which is the key point here, I have faith that if someone acted legitimately creeped out you would have backed off), and I think I may have jumped the gun on this matter. Honestly, I thought you would just be a random passerby who wouldn't bother appealing it and would just go do dumb stuff somewhere else, but seeing as you put in the effort to do so and seem alright, I'll rescind the ban and remove the note. Just be careful when walking that line in the future.
