BYOND account and Character Name: Coalescent. I usually play with "Solaire Von Astora", "Lexus Bashline", "Leopold Norberg" and others, also used to play as Morgan Davenport or Kirsten Sundberg, Andre Von Astora, Jean-Luc Sauveterre, etc. None of these names were used when the ban was applied, so it doesn't matter, I reckon.

Ban reason and length: Permanent, because my brother (RukGamer) decided it would be a good idea to metacomm pair with his buddy (apparently Sonicgamer4541) on Skype and randomly kill a dude or something. (http://puu.sh/njRC1/df959f4670.png is what happened, so I'm not hiding any information)

Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2016-02-24, 03:24:37 (GMT -3)

Your side of the story: He's denying having played SS13 at all that night, but I call bullshit because I know he was the only one awake at that time in the morning. IMHO, he deserves the ban, but I'm getting fucked over because of his murderboner. I even bet he probably didn't realize the admin was pming him if he did, because he doesn't even understand English that well.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Because unlike him, I do follow the rules. I never play aggresively (looking fights for random shit or anything, unless I'm antag and even then I try to go stealth with chameleon projector) because I usually suck at robusting shit. I play a lot of Roboticist, Engineer, Chemist and stuff like that. If anything, If you must unban me, I propose you keep RukGamer's account banned.

I think this situation calls for a pic of you and your brother with shoes on your heads and holding timestamps, or both of you getting into a teamspeak with us in order to prove you actually have a brother and you're not just using the oldest trick in the ban appeal book. And it should go without saying, of course, that if Saegrimr or a headmin are nice enough to give you a second chance, you're going to be on like triple-double probation for similar shittery in the future

I'm actually willing to get into Teamspeak and shit if it's needed. He's not a very good English speaker (he's 10 after all) but I guess a "hi" or some shit like that will do.

I'll edit the ban so you can still get on with the Coalescent account. Him and a friend were meta-communicating and attack people randomly throughout the round.
