Add dumb XCOM references to Abductors

Give Ayy LMAO scientists TK by default and let them psychicly talk with crew members.
Let there be more options for admins. I convinced Ausops to make a team that was double scientist but it glitched out.
Make it so when the captain gets abducted, no matter what implant he gets, he gets the objective "Serve your alien Overlords"
Give aliens a cloner, which clones people as alien human hybrids, with a hat that they can't take off and give them orange blood and the ability to speak, and also hear alien chatter but not speak it.
