Currently, I'm a veteran Squad leader, but I don't have high enough honor to move to Highly decorated, cri.

I've been playing RO2 since launch in 2011. I only need 600 something xp until I hit level 99. 4 years of killing slavs to get max level in honor says something.

I'm maxed on every class but AT and sniper in Rising Storm.

I played it once.

It has a steep learning curve. You need to learn the maps and learn how to traverse a battlefield without getting shot. Hard to do that until rank 3 in a class. Once you hit honor level 80 and max a class to play as a hero, you can zoom around the battlefield, giving a sanity buff to allies around you, which is really helpful. Heroes get bad ass skins, access to enemy weapons, great stats, and a gold rank emblem.

It's cool that if a hero dies by you your guy goes nuts.

I like this game. Awesome when your team does something resembling teamwork and pretty tense when there is no teamwork and I'm immersed.

Rising storm maps with their bushes make it almost unpleasant sometimes. It's relatively straightforward in RO2 with buildings, corners, and windows you must look out for but you really gotta look everywhere in RS. Which is terrifying yet exciting because the new one set in Vietnam is going to be more and more bushes.

As you can see, I'm a pretty good soldier.

Ill be honest, I thought I'd have played more then 216 rounds by now.

I'd play with you guys. I got this and liked it but I never played a whole lot of it.

If you seriously wanna play just know the grind is fucking real, even though it's 4x the XP of when I was grinding years back.

Gun upgrades, stat increases. The german machine guns are infinitely better once you unlock the belt mags.

Shit my C96 is full auto with a stock.

I must share the technical marvel of belt-feld air-cooled automatic weapons with members of other nations.

I had a badass moment, hadn't had one in a while.Was a hero Russian squad leader on Rakowice, defending B. We were getting pummeled so I picked up a fully upgraded MG42. A grenade takes out everyone but me and the next spawn wave was in 20 seconds.

I take that MG42 and hipfire kill 6 Germans that charge me. I hear more trying to flank me so I throw a nade back there and get them all. I kill 8 more Germans with the MG42 before the barrel breaks and they kill me. As I died my allies charged in and slaughtered the Germans.

Ironically I just uninstalled this because I was tired of the grind and I'd played the maps to death.

You can level fast as fuck if you can find a Countdown server. Kill bots and get 2k points a match.

Double irony was I installed verdun instead.
