plasma man as playable race

i would personally like to see plasmamen made a public and playable race. as i has distinct advantages, however, there would need to be things put in place. here are a few of my suggestions for the drawbacks, as well as some general suggestions:
1) time lock of some extended period of time, like with ai playability
2) make the suit and mask unremoveable; for one, it stops shitters from taking it off for fun, and two, it eliminates the dangers of the pman himself being a shitter...i realize this is one of the main points of the pmen, but i feel that this would greatly reduce a lot of problems that would occur
3) make plasmamen MUCH harder/slower to heal; since they are skeletons anyway, this would make sense, but mainly just because they have a little bit of armor at spawn anyway with the suits
4) make plasmamen lower than lizards
5) have them move at slower speeds (no muscles + space suit = slooow)
these are just off the top of my head, and others are good to chip in. and since im sure this will come up, blah blah special snowflakes whatever, i want this to be a discussion on how they might be able to be implimented in the future, not a flame thread on race.
