Hello, I would like to reach out to the admins to accept my appeal as I am not sure if I was able to respond to the admin PM on time at Terry before the next round started because I was AFK while miss Maxipat was trying to communicate with me through an ahelp ticket. I'm really sorry if this raised any suspicions for said Ban Evasion reasons but I want to clear up any confusion I have with the admins and help with any questions that may have been unanswered for my being AFK as I think I'm also not sure what the nature of the reason was or how to commit evading bans is in the first place. I'm really sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you very much for hearing me out on this appeal, admins.

Hello! Yes, I may have had another inactive byond account which I used to use to play on Bagil/Basil/Terry of whose associated byond ckey and email account I no longer have access to as of present (I'm also unsure if it also had a forums account but I like to think it was available). I forgot about it since and I stopped playing for quite a while after. It was a very long time ago where most of the newer updates we now have in the server have not been rolled out yet.

So I wanted to let go of the account entirely and made a new one sometime later to try and get the hang of the new updates and start playing the game again. I have been playing the game on and off in between when I made this account since.

Alright, so the main problem: Lorinc is currently banned (hence the ban evasion here) since 2019 by Naloac for:

Banned from the server permanently - Joined the game as a new ckey as an observer to found out round info. If you want to explain yourself appeal on the forums.

Usually we'd have you make a separate appeal for that ban, BUT naloac is no longer an admin and i already preemptively asked headmins to handle both bans here, without having you go through useless hoops.

Do you want to tell/remember what that ban was about?

Yes I remember it now and thank you for allowing me to explain. The user ckey Lorinc was a byond account belonging to an individual I know personally. They introduced me to ss13 during the lockdowns and we would spend an amount of time together logging into the same computer to observe/play rounds on occasion so I can be taught the game mechanics/roles in person.

I wasn't able to connect with my own account on the assurance that they would let me use the older account as my own to be able to join rounds given that we're really close. I may have unknowingly connected with a newer account separately on my own not knowing that I could be reprimanded for logging in on the same computer we both use. It might've been on a round where they were removed from the round permanently. So they have given me an opportunity to observe the round while they have ghosted on the same computer, to which another admin may have tried contacting them through a ticket where they have already left without disconnecting/while afk hence the ban. I was clueless about the game still so I carried on playing with or without them and whenever I would've been round removed, I would let them use the computer again to discuss information like the locations of certain departments/machines for future rounds while the rounds were ongoing, probably why the "to found out round info" was noted.

I haven't been keeping in touch with them since, as we no longer live near each other. I also no longer have access to their original account and other related information as they may have already changed their credentials (includes the email associated with the byond account as the means for verification). I'm very sorry for not acting out for this responsibly sooner before it got worse. I should've re-considered logging in despite their encouragement/go signal to reconnect on another account without thinking about the rules first back then.
