Why should this appeal be accepted?:
I'm scientist, no roboticist on crew manifest, so I start breaking into robotics for tools
metagrudging shitsec player arrests me, immediately sends me to gulag with a 500 point debt for a minor bne (scientist needing to enter robotics)
I already said in my ahelp that there was no toolbox next to the r&d, and there was no iron in the protolathe to print tools with
Then the admin goes "your behaviour hasn't changed still lots of salt in ooc etc etc"
there was NO salt in ooc about the admins, I treated this admin "as a normal person" following Ian0's request and this is what I get in exchange?
The only thing preceding this was me fucking up a smoke chems mix (I had unreacted unstable mutagen when I was making colorful reagent) and I ended up going genetically blind for the rest of the round which was a fucking accident anyone can make, but no just because of my notes history its assumed to be intentional and deliberate even though I knew my screw up.

I'm getting sick and tired of shitty admins, you make a complaint its closed, you make a appeal its denied, you ahelp and it takes 20+ minutes just for a admin to hand you a note or ban for even taking the effort to make a ahelp instead of sitting silent.
The chef is allowed to beat you to crit and lock you in a fridge because apparently "the HoP promoted me to chef" while flashing your chef ID isn't good enough reason for him to not beat you to crit and lock you in a fridge, and ahelping it constitutes "lying in ahelps" because you didn't see his chat behind the cooking UI.

Whatever, I bothered making this appeal, its going to be denied by the headmins, you all fucking suck.

and it was leaking into ic, your history is mired in tickets relating to it as well.
However depending on where you are with this I'm willing to commute it to a temp ban with ooc out of the picture, if you're interested.

as for the "my side of it", I will repeat what I've already said in ahelp

The arresting shitsec was the same shitsec I got banned for ~7d or ~1d because I said "total catgirl death" to them, with the banning admin completely ignoring the chef throwing me into their kitchen, beating me to crit, and then the moment I get revived in medbay that shitsec begins hassling me for "bne" and "trespassing" into the kitchen and permabrigs me (marked as a "IC" issue).

The moment I stopped breaking the tinted robotics glass at their request, the shitsec immediately stun batoned me and cuffed me (metagrudging) before I could react and was in the middle of typing. They were going to put me into a brig cell but just sent me straight to gulag with a 500 point debt which I was trying to work off (they arrested another player and sent them to gulag with a similarly high debt because they stole the captains shoes) I only said "I hope your corpse gets raped by a mantis" the moment they were about to throw me into a brig cell, and this isn't a valid reason for them to extend/make my sentencing worse.

marking shitsec as a "IC" issue doesn't solve it, shitsec behaviour (complete ignorance of space law, metagrudging, abusing prisoners) should be banned/handled by admins period especially on MRP where "the standards are higher".

Thanks for showing you have zero genuine interest in actually resolving my appeal which didn't even happen from a rulebreak.
I gave the security officer the exact same behaviour they gave me and this is "unacceptable" in your view.
They clearly metagrudged me with their in character behaviour (instantly stunning/cuffing the moment I begin to talk to them and stop what I'm doing), and you choose to ignore this.
Seriously, what do you expect one to do against people they don't like when they go out of their way to grudge/harass them?

I have no exact personal interests here, you have a tendency to break rule 1 pretty consistently and this is beyond just the round this started from.

We will not be overturning this permaban. If anything had you escaped this permaban we would likely have QC permabanned you at this point regardless.

You have a little over 100 hours on our servers, have accumulated 10 server bans, 3 role bans and a total of 23 notes (of which 13 will be the bans). We did some stats once and I don't remember the exact numbers but it was something like most people have less than 2 notes per hundred hours and some high 95/98% level of players get less than 4 notes per hundred hours. You've blown this number out of the water by far. I spoke you literally the day before your perma and in the time since then you've managed to acquire 4 further incidents including the permaban, trumping 4 notes per month with 4 notes in a day. Your record shows consistent patterns of grief and toxicity.

In addition to this your public records from others servers also speak of a player who is consistently an issue, toxic in game, toxic in tickets, which is where we started our conversation the other day. You're permabanned from at least six other servers (and possibly others that don't report this) and have a centcom record going beyond a page, which is very rare and typically quite bad news https://centcom.melonmesa.com/viewer/view/Bigdestyn

As such we have no interest in having you unbanned and returning to our servers, in fact further than that, we have no interest in having you on the servers, already banned or not.
