Why should this appeal be accepted?: It's been a long time. I think it's been nearly a decade now since the original ban was placed. I'm gonna be honest, I have no idea what the original ban was for, but I know that most if not all of the subsequent bans have been me trying to access the server from other computers/IPs and different accounts. I think it's been a while and the ban has served its purpose. I don't even play SS13 anymore I just like to hop on every now and then to see what kind of changes have been made to the different servers that used to be popular back then.

This is an oooooold one, and admittedly my ban note wasn't great. If I recall correctly (and based on what I was able to piece together via notes), you were originally banned for just being an extremely low-quality player. Anything from revealing roundtype in OOC to going SSD at roundstart as Captain to doing all manner of minor rule breaks that eventually ended in your original permaban.

You were unbanned a total of twice and failed probation both times. Each time in the past we unbanned you, it inevitably led to you being banned again. How can you guarantee to me that we won't be back here in 3-4 months doing this again?

Well, as far as guarantees go, I can point to several bans of mine being removed from other servers, for example Colonial Marines, a couple of years ago. I was grateful to be given the opportunity just to show that I've changed as a person, because in truth, like you said, other than just being a bad player, I was also a bad person back then, and I needed a chance to show myself and people who might have interacted with me that I had become better. That's one guarantee, that this is more than just a ban appeal to me, I just need to remove the last vestiges of what I used to be online in the past. The other one is that I just grew up. Back when this ban was first applied I was about 15 years old, and a very immature 15 at that. I'm now 24, gainfully employed, with a normal and happy life. I don't have the time nor desire to be a shitter anymore, I just want to be able to hop on every couple of months, play a round or two, and go about my life. It's understandable if you don't believe me given my history, but it'd mean a lot if I was given another chance.

I need you to give me a list of every account that you've made to evade your ban on our servers.

It's these ones: Needicla/Megalopeos/Freshmaniscoolman/AlJibr/Manadeel

and another one called Cenhelm I believe. I'm gonna be honest, there might be others, but those are the ones I know of for sure since they're on my Google Password Manager

Have you played in any significant capacity on any other servers recently?

Usually when I go on SS13 these days I either go on CM or Goon, so those are the two I play. I don't really play on any other servers.

I'm willing to give you another shot, but we do have a complication: You are currently blacklisted.

If I recall correctly, it has something to do with the following based on a ban note from /vg/station:

[17:17:23] hey guys, here's a ckey for you to ban: Freshmaniscoolman, we're currently contacting github support to get him banned from github after he posted a picture of irl decapitated heads in a row in response to a PR he disliked, and we also banned him from the forums after his ban appeal was denied and he made approx. 20 threads insulting the admin who banned him.

This is generally outside of my control at this time. I'll notify scriptis and he will need to actually approve unbanning you.

I'm deferring to Vekter on this blacklist entry; he may lift it at his discretion.

Okay, given that, I'll make a point before we proceed: Your behavior before you left was beyond unacceptable. I think a lot of people would lose no sleep over telling you to go pound sand. I would rather chance getting a good, consistent player out of you and just ban you again if you continue being a problem.

So, keep this in mind before we proceed: You will be on thin ice for a bit. We don't really do probation anymore, but indications of the same behavior we shitcanned you before will get you shitcanned again, and this time, you're probably not coming back.

I highly recommend reading our rules. They have changed a lot in the last few years. Once you've done that, let me know if you still want to come back.

Which account did you want me to unban? Manadeel isn't currently banned so that's probably the best choice.

Needicla is my main account that I created all the way back in 2012 so if it's possible to unban that one that's the one I'll be on
