Your side of the story: I rolled hive leader and evoed to queen. I had forgot to silo so i ran back to caves to silo. As I silo I made an announcement along the lines of, " For the voices in my head, I did not make this maze as I do not pay taxes". I do not have the log and this is from memory. I then moved from silo to LZ. As I moved I had typed in say chat, " tate suck my balls". For context, I had opened the whoadmin to see what admins were on. Having played last round and not seeing this, I greeted him with the previous message. I then played the match as I normally would. Later into the round, about 30 minutes I would say I get an admin PM from eagle asking why I hadm addressed dchat. Being confused at first, I tell him that my hive announcments were for the hivemind as I had seen them maze like shit and didnt want anyone complaining to me. I used the term "Voices in my head" because when you talk in hivemind, thats what the players are. Eagle then waited a moment and gave me the log of my say command of "Tate suck my balls". I then explained to him that I had saw him log on and greeted him with said saying. after a few minutes I thought to ask what they would think I would be refering to in dchat that I would reply to. Within a minute I was perma banned from the server with the following note.
Why you think you should be unbanned: First, I want to bring up that they didnt give me what I was supposedly replying to in dchat. Coincidences do happen so if the topic they are speaking of was broad it could just look like that by coincidence. I do trust that this ticket was refered to by eagle to Lumipheron and Barnet, but I do wonder how my case was portrayed to them seeing as those admins never asked me for my side, only eagle. Second is that I dont see why this case would be elevated to perma. I understand that there may be concern that I may have a script or something of the like allowing me information that I should not be able to obtain, but he never seemed to make this the case. All I wish is to be heard on my side as I feel I may not have been accurately defended.

I was spectating this round and just putting my POV both of y'all are my friends and it was weird to watch dead-chat (admins included) shit-talking basically the entire game (not uncommon to happen in prc before he joined the disc again) then permaban him for something that multiple people have said before talking to voices in their head?? Has it ever been a problem to say something to dead-chat in local at the start of the game? Because if so I've never seen it punished. Just looks scummy to ban somebody you don't like because they said something rude to you and you could use that as a way to justify him scripting?? Like I genuinely don't understand this you three, like even justifying it as a "quality control" ban for his note history would've been a better way to do this (not saying that's valid, they both aren't.) Just feels like this was treated like a griefing ban with the suddenness by his explanation which it wasn't since he was doing fine the whole round up until a sudden SSD (the ban)

If we want to justify a quality control ban, that's certainly possible given his note history, as despite his best efforts to claim bias and a lack of history in other instances, there's definitely enough. That said, none of the dozen or so incidents are relevant to this specific issue.

So, lets summarize.
- You were banned under meta communication rules. There was no relevant IC chatter that would make sense to your messages. There was no way you could legitimately have heard deadchat in game, as you are not any admin role, and were playing a living role around 10 minutes before I even connected.
- Smashing staffwho then blind dropping these messages seems beyond unreasonable. This would be the soul read of legends. Despite your history, this is a level of derangement I wouldn't dare credit you with, since it also included the hive announcement which said "you fucks" plural, and shit talking, something more specific to the context than telling me to suck your balls.
- I was functionally the executor of a consensus reached by all other active admins in the round.

With all provided context this would seem to be the case if we have already had interactions beyond this one round. In February of last year, I was demoted from admin candi due to actions unprofessional of an admin. Those actions were of commenting on your actions during a round, which you had seen and reported me for. I have no issue to this ruling, but ever since this I would say about 90% of or if not more of our interactions have been negative. Going into the discord and using from @deadeagle duke shows that the majority of the time you are saying something that is critical of me in one way or another. As I do not have admin restricted channels I can't even verify if this is all there is. Seeing as this context and history is the case then I do not think its unreasonable to say that assuming you would be critical of me is beyond reason.

The logs you posted are both not really relevant to why you were banned and leak ckeys completely irrelevant to this, which I'm meant to leave to headmins.

As for you being banned, I'm quite sure it would have happened regardless if it was any other admin online at the moment. Lumi or Barnet are free to clarify this. Otherwise a headmin can step in if they want.

This ban is going to stick for now. You offered no reasonable alternative explanation for your behaviour, and you did not manage to convince me you understand why it's bad or breaks the rules. If any of those happened, we could have entertained some funky alternatives to perma, but as is I don't see a strong argument to lift this.
