readd morph via mail ghoul mechanics

morph is, to my knowledge, the only antag that is fully coded but has no organic way to enter a round

mail ghoul was a really good april fools pr

we should combine the two and have morphs sneak onto the cargo shuttle disguised as mail/an item in a crate

it has no organic way to enter the round because mechanically it kind of sucks and isn't very exciting, mostly boiling down to something eating 900 objects and then creating a lag pit when it dies and dumps them all in one place

making it into a real antagonist would probably also entail changing its behaviour
