After giving them a few minutes to Cool Off I PM'd them to inquire what's going on, they DC'd. This combined with history, and review from The Team, I am unfortunately forced to go this route. Appeal it on the Forums Gamer. This ban (BanID #53651) was applied by Exavere on 2021-03-21 05:55:14 during round ID 158634. This is a permanent ban.

Why should this appeal be accepted?: Hi, I'm an old /tg/ player and I used to play a lot. I have a long history with the server and got banned 4 years ago. Since then I'd like to believe I've changed and mellowed out as a person, so I'm hoping I can get another chance appealing. I used to evade on an account called Thepasthauntsme1241 and was caught and banned. I believe its important to be clear about these kind of things, and to show that even though I was ban evading, I played for ~70 hours and it was entirely in good faith as I did not break any (other) rules during that time.
Anyways, that's about the gist of it and I'd rather not into the why of it as I don't believe there's any good excuse for what I did and I shouldn't try to justify it, rather just issue an apology and state that I understand why it isn't acceptable behavior. Thanks.

Hello Doot, Exavere retired a while back so I'll take this one. I have a few questions for you before proceeding:

I recall you having a very significant history of issues over the years. Can you tell me why we should believe that things have changed in the last 4 years?

Given that your ban involves rule 11 violations, can you assure me that you understand why what you said was unacceptable?

Have you played on any other servers since you were banned here?

Hi Vekter, when it was still 2021, I was 16 years old. Now I've grown old enough to understand why the rules are in place and how they benefit the server. I've done a lot in the past 4 years such as, working multiple jobs, seeing therapists and making friends with positive people.

As for the rule 11 violations, I have come to realize and accept the fact that bigotry and acts of bigotry is nothing but an immature gross waste of time and its not something I condone.

Lastly, I've played a fair bit of tgmc (~200h) as well as having 1 note from the conception of the server. I've also played Black Stone a fair bit, but other then that I've not really played anymore ss13 and have largely moved past it in my life.

May I ask what brings you back to SS13? You mentioned moving past it, so I'm curious as to what made you want to return.

No problem.

What brings me back to ss13 is simple. It's by far my most played game and I love it. I believe its been long enough since I got perma'd to move on by leaving my emotional baggage behind and learning to just play the game without lashing out at people.

I'm going to go ahead and accept this appeal, but I want you to understand something: I recall having very many poor interactions with you in the past. Enough that I wouldn't normally consider unbanning you without some significant faith that you'd be able to improve your gameplay.

I'm putting a lot of trust out there. Please don't betray it.

I'd recommend you read the MRP rules as Sybil is often not populated and you may also want to play there.

I'm also modifying your alt's ban per Isratosh's permission.
