Changeling Adrenaline Sacs Do Nothing Against Abductor Stuns

Amazed this hasn't come up yet.
Lings are shit enough, they need to be able to juke the bullshit abductor foreverstun. 30 chemicals is 30 chemicals, a whole hell of a lot for it to not work.
A magical bullshit stun baton with infinite charge that can't be EMP'd or countered should not exist in this game, no matter how much of a hardon the coder has.

It's not a stun it puts you to sleep. It's a stun, then a sleep. You can adrenaline out of the initial stun. There are multiple modes to the baton. It's an alien device, why should it be affected by traditional EMP?

But yeah, abductor's sleep prod thing is honestly kind of lazy. I get they need it so that they can take a crewmember back to their ship without them yakkety-saxing all over the place, but give them another device for that or
put some kind of delay on the sleep-inducing process for the baton. As it stands it's just a "stun-sleep combo hahahaha ur stuned 4 a full miniute >:)" baton.

Abductors rarely kill their victims so I don't understand the whining. At most you'll get one gland out of twelve that gibs you but this is on top of admins actually pressing the abductor button, which only happens in certain and uncommon circumstances.
Changelings already have an edge over the demographic that abductors usually seek victims from as well, so it's really just a case of 'git gud or deal with it'.

You can't 'git gud' against a baton that makes you unconscious for a minute or more per hit and has no counter, that's the whole point. The abductors should need to git gud, and not have such a ridiculously overpowered weapon.

It's not really on abductors to git gud, it's like telling lethal octopi or ERT to git gud. They're admin only button things sent in to hopefully achieve whatever horrid things the admin has in mind when pressing it and since they are outside of the normal game, they don't really need to be balanced to the normal game.
This of course, might change if abductors became a normal game mode but we're not at that stage yet.

The implant machine specifically calls you out as a ling when you get put in it, so the abductors will probbably kick the shit out of you because even aliens hate changelings

But lings are no harder to take down with the abductor baton than normal humans, as their anti-stun mechanism does not work. The only thing lings can do is monkey off the operating table if there is a gap between minute+ unconscious bouts

adrenal doesn't work against disablers or n2o/chemicals either. If it did, it would be horribly and utterly broken.

Adrenal hasn't been touched since before holodamage became something outside of the holodeck, I'm pretty sure that's an oversight.

Pap specifically talked about using disablers on hulks and lings, when he made the changes, so it was very deliberate.

The counter is "shift + click", you can see through the ayylien disguise and not stand next to the ayylien
