Do you think the current antag token policy is correct or would you make any changes (personally I believe admins should be more free to give them out)

current policy:

I've mentioned this in the prior elections I've run as a platform I supported- and I still hold my stance on it. We should be encouraging admins to give out antag tokens and positive notes as gestures of goodwill when someone does something special or exceptional. Theres no economy to inflate by giving these tokens out- they would only serve to enhance and recognize the awesome moments our players can create.
Key to that sentence is that outside of fuckups and errors on the admins part- the reward of an antag token in a round should enhance experiences, not create them. They should be going along with positive notes to make the player feel rewarded and noticed for doing something kickass.

In all of my time here I don't think I have ever seen someone have to defend giving out an antag token in a way that mattered. It's usually someone going >:( in bus about it. They can't be redeemed for cash and they sure as hell shouldn't be given out to your pals as a benefit, but imo it's the same kind of will to power as firing off that note/ban: are you up for defending it when it's questioned? And are you okay with receiving headmin scrutiny for it?

I still have fond memories of one round in particular from last april fools because the admin Higgin gave me a good note.
I am happy to encourage it. Based on my own personal experience it slips my mind to give one rather than I am hesitant.

I have never given an antag token out though now that you mention it. (Im too chicken to press buttons that might crash the server) but maybe I should consider it more as something I should hand out more when I see players creating good stories or fun for others

I think antags tokens are pretty cool, we can give them out alongside positive notes for really good moments.

I don't think antag tokens / one more antag in a round are significant enough to not encourage admins to give them out and possibly rewrite the antag token policy. We should reward players that do something exceptional and amazing, both with positive notes and sometimes tokens. I personally was giving out "Mei tokens" that were redeemable for a cosmetic thing of choice or a non-head animal since the policy doesn't let me reward players in any other meaningful way.

It'd be also nice to see tokens as a reward for some events? I remember striders running something akin to "who wants to be a millionaire" event and giving out antag tokens as a reward for winning it - technically it broke policy but i think it's a really good thing to do and to encourage players engagement in events.
