add title3 aka Tintin On The Moon to the jukebox music selection

Hello all,

I would like to propose that we add the most sovl work of art to ever grace existence to the jukebox. I would have made a PR but sadly it is config only. it shouldn’t be hard considering it’s currently in our title music rotation and who doesn’t want to jam out to certified™ spess music on the happy sound device.

Not policy, headmins have no control over what is and isn't on the jukebox. The old keyholder setup used to be able to change this, but the new one can't.

So the only people that can address this are the ops team, thus it's their problem. Ping @ops-bus role on the Discord.
