what is a 'janitorial mod suit'?
modsuits come in two forms
theme & modules
theme is the overall design of the modsuit and handles max complexity, slowdown, armor, and crucially sprite
modules are what actually makes modsuits do things
making some janitor modules wouldn't be too hard. a whole janitor theme... would be a bit strange, perhaps it could be a reskin of the existing civilian theme?

Heres my ideas, I dunno if they're any good or doable but I came up with them off the top of my head
- built in trashbag/trash collecter like the vacuum cart upgrade
- automatic light replacer arm that replaces lights you walk past when powered and stocked
- a toggleable civilian no-slip module that makes your modsuit feet glow bright yellow and walk at galoshes speed
- built in wet floor sign projector with the ability to press a button and remove all signs currently placed
- automatic flyswatter that squishes bugs in a radius around you when powered (may or may not sometimes bug out, pun intended, and hit moths)
- janitorial plating that gives bio suit protection and colors the modsuit purple
- module that releases cleaning foam like a cleanbot can, make it able to be reactive to damage like pepper shoulders (foam shoulders?)
- some kind of built in reagent storage tank that connects to the sprayer and decides what reagent goes in the foam you release and automatically generates cleaner
- auto key ring that you can attach your janicart key, and departmental keyring to that uses them where applicable, maybe give it some kind of "access data storage" gimmick that allows it to keep given access for slightly longer
- a module that leaves a trail of mousetraps where you walk for a short period, alternatively, periodically synthesizes and drops a mousetrap when active
- janicart boost that uses a significant amount of modsuit charge to increase your janicart speed temporarily
- "risk-awareness assistance" module that automatically points to the nearest wet floor sign when it detects someone slip

why would you automate away the most fun part of the job?

Maybe if you emag it, it begins to hit any moths and or fly men who walk past
