Ban/note reason: Random unprovoked grief for no valid reason as a non-antagonist. Destroyed a bunch of windows because "they are a proud Linux user". This fresh off a 2 week and not 2 months off a lifted permanent ban. You have 2 previous notes about breaking windows for no reason and at this point you should know way better.

Why should this appeal be accepted?: I've had a previous talk with Rex9001 before making this appeal, and I've came to my own conclussions, I've tried other servers once I was permabanned like MonkeyStation among others, and they just didn't feel right, nothing really against them but I just like tgstation Terry the most, from the people playing there to how it feels in terms of mechanics, movement, etc. So after that, at first, I tought about just stopping playing space station 13 at all, I've had fun and was a very enjoyable game so I felt like it was fine to just accept I couldn't play on my favorite server again, and in case this would get denied, I still feel the same way, but there were also times that I miss the possibility of playing Roboticist in this server, to be the Warden, to just see how things turn out when there's chaos and a large etc. After all is not just tiding for me, I legit enjoy the games where I take my role more seriously and actually fulfill them the best I can.

As to why the tiding, this is a topic I've talked with admins in the past, and it boils down to spice things a bit and try to make the round funnier for some people, I've tried to tone down aspects of tiding that went too far, but I keep making the mistake of assuming that if I do lesser tiding activities and people find it funny it will be alright, because in the end, if 9 out of 10 people MIGHT find it funny, if one of them doesn't im making the round worse for that one particular person who hasn't asked for it, I understand that if im antag is okay to do certain tiding actions, but doesn't matter if I THINK is funny or others do, if it affects someone negatively I better avoid doing it unless im an antagonist.

Im too much of a clown after all, and I think people who know me knows I don't have ill intentions when doing the tiding like making someone's round insufferable for any personal reason, is just that I need to accept that if I want to be here and still play among the rest I need to tone down that aspect of me and be more reasonable as how to act according to the rules.

I've discussed a lot with different admins about this ban and if it should be lifted, you've got a bunch of these repeating patterns but this appeal gives me a lot of hope, in it you showcase maturity about your tiding and I think you have the potential to grow out of it. You yourself mention enjoying not tiding and having talked to a few admins some of them have expressed that they loved to see you when you were in a non tiding role, like Warden. I've had time enough to reflect on this appeal and I'm going to offer you a return BUT with a permanent assistant ban. I think that if you are placed in roles where you have more things to do, where you are in a department, where you can enjoy more parts of the game that you will hopefully stop your old habits of random grief. I do have faith in you changing but keep in mind that this is likely the last chance you have, please use it for good, should you accept my offer.

Never thought about being permabanned from Assistant, but I guess that's the best trade off I can be offered, I'll agree on you on the fact that the rounds where I tide the most is the rounds where I'm an assistant because simply I get bored and search my own fun, this is something I reflected after some months, in the fact that often I would pop up in a Terry round without really wanna partake in any role then overdoing the tiding, rather than just not playing if I'm not in the mood of doing any role, I'll take up your offer.

There, should be unbanned. It usually takes a round or two to process but if you are still unable to connect after that time please reach out.

You're a long-time player and it's rare someone permabanned has people saying positive things about their SS13 gameplay.

In many ways it's more pressure to not shit around when people know you can be better than the repeated patterns that led to your ban; it's just up to you to choose that path.

So in short, don't fuck this opportunity up.
