Why should this appeal be accepted?:
So, i suicided because i dont like playing against war ops, then disconnected. but before i did that i walked up to Gannon Digson, a Security Officer, who wanted the contraband locker opened. i told him i would open the contraband locker if he took over HoS duties. he agreed, upon which i suicided. now my understanding about ahelping that is that the HoS should be replaced, which i already did by asking a different person to be HoS. I did not need to ahelp that. so i ask you to remove the note or if you dont want to do that because "notes aren't punishments", change it to say that i did my duties properly.

Given you disconnected, I couldn't ask you about anything, but, just to be clear

Rule 5 explicitly states Notify admins if you must leave near round start for Command or AI roles.

If you have time to pass on your duties you have 20 seconds to press f1 and tell us also, that's all we ask
