Why you think you should be unbanned:
First and foremost, regarding my ban, the only direct thing I remember before I slept last night was I shuffled him into my thermobaric line of fire, and I popped tangle foot with his remark 'vision is blurry' and the other more disruptive one was Nikita 'Gosling' shot me directly with a Flak 88 HE round and the AOE also nicked him if I remember correctly but if it was intentional or targeted I would've done it often but It wasn't as I even told him to 'move to another spot' where its cleaner and safer' but he simple refused and stood while me and Nikita was just hitting each other for a short while.

There were 3 occurences of disruption towards a specific player. I am not counting the multiple fightings/explosions logs that happen between you and another player within Valhalla (which isn't an EORD zone) as they seem were on mutual agreement. As a reminder, Valhalla is not an EORD area and if you are testing gear/damage/weapons, do so in an non-disruptive manner towards other players.

On the third occurence, you claimed they shot you first while there were no combat logs from the victim player towards you.

On a matter like this, I would have issued a warning, especially because this was log diving and investigating without being able to interview you to have your version of the facts. Though, by checking your profile, you have a history and priors regarding EORD and questioning behavior both regarding other players and rules. Even if those notes are 8 to 9 months old, I consider those notes as the confirmation you should know the rules by now. Staff can't and won't warn you forever, so at this time, you took a punishment.

Regarding other players behaviors, they are not the subject of this discussion. Your version of facts and the facts that links you to the player that ahelped are the only things that matter here.

A second player was noticed during the investigation, its situation has been handled too.
