Hi, I am your unelected Burgerking here to present who I am, what I will do and my philosophy I did contemplate making my thread mostly shitpost memes with some seriousness but i'd rather not invest mental effort into that

Who am I:
A ssethtide Terry player who got adminned in the year of 2021, the start of my admin run was quite funny, I did well and proved to have reasonable judgement, and made a lot of friends among the player-base and admin team, towards the end of that era before I retired I became increasingly burnt out and did butt heads with other admins and damage a chance at being friendly with them. I have returned recently and I have grown and changed quite a bit, I think a few other admins would attest to that.

What I will do:
- Give expedient and satisfactory replies to all admin complaints, ban appeals and policy threads although I am aware this will depend on my fellow head admins
- Advocate for community interests/complaints/sentiments that I feel are being ignored through communication with admins and maintainers (not saying I can forcefully do stuff but rather dialogue)
- Try to mediate rifts between lrp and mrp servers, admins and players
- Attempt to build a better relationship with maintainers, admins and players mostly through
- Recognise signs of admin burnout and address it promptly both on myself and others
- Keep policy on LRP aligned with what LRP players both expect and want, whilst largely trying to craft policy for mrp using advice from mrp palyers and admins.

Philosophy:

I am willing to answer questions, and looking forward to hearing and attempting to alleviate any concerns that others may have.

Howdy!

On the sensitive topic of coder side, what was spoken about on our admin channel a few days? Do you understand the confusion of what maintainers actually do and what about their policy can change? I speak particularly, the good eggs and the issue of folks saying blanketed that this happened, has a large disconnect from the toxicity from both sides. Either way, all of the situation is a rough to deal with.

I do appreciate an open dialogue for folks!
I am happy to see you thrive! long live the burgerking meme!?

May you seize the ultimate power!

Every interaction I've had with this new Deluxe Burgerman has been very good and it's clear that you've changed while you were out in the world.

Now that you're back and at the top:
How has the community changed while you've been out?
What's good about the new?
Is there any good thing that's gone now, which you would like to see back? (In terms of community, as much fun as this would be to have about game mechanics.)
