Why should this appeal be accepted?:So this specific round i played as a warden named Lynette Scavo this round was a lot for me especially because im new to tg and this round overwhelmed me ,so i was banned one time before for one day and this round i tried to stay out of problems (by the way i don't know if i did the byond verification correctly but please don't punish me if i did it incorrectly I'm new to this forum stuff)the show started when someone infested the station with plasma and the sec team (Hos,Detective,Me) went to security to find shelter where we stayed for a while and then i found HoS cuffing somebody and that person being cuffed saying i was just trying to get a weapon and from that i understood they breached into armory from that point on i cant remember much but something happed that escalated the situation which led me and the Detective Val to beat that guy (note that this time of the round was verry chaotic and the sec team was verry stressed, this escalation lead to the guy passing away . I feel like i was treated a bit harsh ,i am a nice person and i wouldn't do something like that without motive and at the time of the action everyone was verry confused so small situations can escalate without you knowing ,i know that we could've handled the situation in a peaceful approach but as I've said nobody knew what they are doing at that time and i was just trying to do my job, at the end of the round i died by trying to save the HoS from spiders. If u don't think that i deserve to be unbanned its okay i totally understand that and again im sorry for my actions ,and im sorry if i didn't do the verification step correctly im so sorry but im not good at forums sorry. To address your appeal

the show started when someone infested the station with plasma and the sec team (Hos,Detective,Me) went to security to find shelter where we stayed for a while and then i found HoS cuffing somebody

At the point you fought were interacting with Magenty, you, nor the other seccies had knowledge of either the plasma, nor the spiders, as shown by the timestamps from their respective logs.

and that person being cuffed saying i was just trying to get a weapon and from that i understood they breached into armory from that

Yes, Magenty was in sec asking for a weapon, however there was no reason to suggest they had broken into the armoury considering Cordiolis was inside the armoury roughly 30 seconds before Magenty arrived in security to make their request. From our ticket, your claims that the detective, then the HoS said Magenty stole weaponry are unsubstantiated, and appear to be simply untruthful - neither one of them said any such thing.

from that point on i cant remember much but something happed that escalated the situation which led me and the Detective Val to beat that guy

Cordiolis was shoving and grabbing Magenty (well within their right), threw them (perhaps a little excessive, sure), colliding with Maks, then you took a crowbar, and started beating Magenty to hardcrit.

note that this time of the round was verry chaotic and the sec team was verry stressed

This is simply untruthful, as stated above. The threat of plasma and spiders occurred after the fight, and there was no other ongoing issue at the time.

As such, your appeal will be denied.

As stated in your ban and ticket, you may wish to avoid playing sec roles for a while, your history regarding sec and similar issues doesn't look particularly great for your hours played, you could be looking as larger, or even a permaban if this history is maintained into the future.

I'm a human being i make mistakes the ban would've made sense if i wanted that person to die intentionally ,this was all a misunderstanding and this whole thing makes me look like i wanted that guy to be killed ,i had no intention whatsoever for him to die .You are the admin its your ban its your call i can totally understand that. Regardless of the intent to kill or not, the ban was placed to reflect the excessive use of force in the incident. While we are all imperfect people, and we all make mistakes, you had plenty of non-lethal alternatives and backup to solve the situation without having to bring harm to anyone, especially one who was not resisting, and even more so past softcrit. Being able to discern appropriate force is an important part of playing security, otherwise, we would have officers lethaling people for the smallest of crimes.
