Why should this appeal be accepted?:
I have no problem taking this ban at all, I just wanted to respond because this happened towards the end of the round and I had to go walk my dog real fast so I wasn't there when I was ahelped and came back to find that I had gotten banned. I didn't want it to seem that I disconnected on purpose. It was quite "in the moment" and fast paced combat with security with trying to avoid bullets, lasers, avoiding capture, and trying to complete my "make sure no heads survive" goal from my spy objective, but yes I killed those two individuals in the halls in the heat of the moment cause most of the crew had weapons and I didn't want to be a target for more and more people trying to stop me from doing them, is what was going through my head at the time, and after a bit of reflection I realized I goofed. I'll be honest I come from Sybil and I'm not too used to the restricted antags here, so my apologies, I'll have to take a gander at the rules again for MRP, and I thank you for taking the time to read my response.

So, couple of things here, but it's really all good news. First off— I made a mistake! Your objective WAS to kill Heads, and the CE was, unsurprisingly, a Head of Staff. Your original ban duration should have been one day, anyway! Second thing- I appreciate you coming to appeal this, and you really do sound like you care about improving/ensuring your mistake doesn't happen again. That alone carries a lot of weight, and is the reason I've decided to fully lift this ban/note.

I believe that above all else, all of us are human beings. It's far too easy to make a mistake when you're antagged up, fighting in the halls, just nailed an objective, etc. etc. Since you've got nothing else pointing towards this being a pattern, just be more mindful of escalation rules against non-targets and try not to attack any non-target non-Security in the halls until it REALLY looks like they're coming after you (e.g. a weapon in their hands, verbal statements).

I also had the pleasure of watching another one of your antag runs earlier today, in which you didn't appear to come close to breaking any rules, which is like a triple threat of confidence that this was, as you say, just a little goof. I'll cut the ban down now that I'm off my soapbox, I hope you enjoy (with some caution) creating more stories on TGStation!
