Why should this appeal be accepted?:[I was banned for saying I would meta grudge someone but I never did nor will I meta grudge them, I was banned for something I never did nor will do.]

Keeping this brief because like, I don't really know what to tell you besides what was already discussed by us in the ticket. Your actions leading up to your ban made it very clear that you had a bone to pick with the player in question considering just how often you kept bringing them up and the fact that you were actively looking for any opportunities to get on-station, assumedly to grief or kill them. So when you tell me outright in admin PMs that you're going to break the rules by metagrudging them the next time you find them, it's hard not to take it as a genuine admission of bad faith intentions. So as of the current moment I don't see much of a reason to remove the ban, sorry.

Well, I probably would've given you 3 days or maybe a week, but you also have a couple of job bans from Beestation AND a full on server ban from Monkestation only a month ago, so that combined with how you were acting in the ticket was the reason why I decided to put it to a permaban.

Also just to clarify it wasn't a one time threat to kill someone, it was a one time threat to metagrudge someone, infinitely worse to say.

I hope you can see why these two things combined made me think a permaban was the best option from my POV.

Well, you haven't exactly given me any reason as to why I should reduce it down from a permaban, which is what I thought you were trying to appeal for. So unless you can give a good reason as to why I should, as of the current moment it's probably staying a permaban.

Trying to play /tg/ while you're currently banned is ban evading, which is also against the rules, much like metagrudging is. Please consider not doing that or it's definitely staying a permaban.

Well, if that's the best you can give right now, I'm sorry but I'll have to say no to overturning the permaban I put down, at least for now. But if you give this say... 4 months, assuming you don't get into trouble on another server, if you appeal again there's a pretty OK chance I'll end up overturning the ban.

I'm gonna assume this appeal is resolved for the time being but in case you do have anything you want to say I'll leave this open for another day and a half before I lock and move this.
