[CLAIMED] Change juicing/distilling to only consume nutriment/vitamin

Originally, when juicing or distilling something, the process would take the nutriment and vitamin present and convert it into juice/booze equal to half the amount. So, 10u nutriment would be converted into 5u juice/booze. 10u nutriment and 10u vitamin would be converted into 10 juice/booze.

In the foodening PR(https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/77887), a change was implemented that made it so that when juicing or distilling, it didn't just use nutriment and vitamin, it used all consumable reagents. So, if something with 10u nutriment, 10u vitamin, and 10u corn oil was juiced/distilled, you would end up with 15u juice/booze, WHEREAS PREVIOUSLY you would end up with 10u juice/booze and 10u corn oil.

I greatly prefer the previous behavior, as I believe it to allow more nuance in cooking/ghetto chemistry. I reported it in https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/issues/79166, but it was deemed an intended change of the foodening pr instead of a bug.

This bounty is to return the juicing/distilling behavior to once again only consume nutriment and vitamin, while leaving all other reagents intact. This needs to apply to all methods of juicing/distilling, such as the all in one blender, wooden barrels, as well as the auto juicing and auto distilling plant traits.
