1. Yes, but I feel the market is thin!
2. Stickers, especially low-key ones. T-shirts, same deal. Buttons and pins, I'd definitely get a mug even.
3. Phrases, words, maybe light iconography. NO overt imagery or art. Think, a tiny little clown face pixel on a button. Think the letters ODST on a t-shirt like they did in 2009 or whatever, instead of a big print of mister chef killing a bunch of ayleins on a shirt. Being too overt about it or having to explain it is cringe, I'm already wearing an SS13 t-shirt in this hypothetical, I'd like to blend in.
4. The same as any other buttons, stickers and shit like that. Don't get crazy with it.

like massa said good merch is subtle and can be enjoyed by both fans of the thing and people who wouldnt get the reference. a tshirt that requires background knowledge to enjoy, or would likely cause someone to ask "why does your shirt have x on it" is bad.

I actually made a decent amount of ss13 merch to be uploaded to the store when I was headmin, but it never really went anywhere so I just uploaded the duffle bags I made
