Time ban was placed: Jan 9th, 2023 according to the ban, but I was able to play on Sybil one or two days prior to today.

Your side of the story: I've not connected for more than an hour in the last few months. I have one ckey, but I've moved to an apartment in the last 2 years, so the IP address might be different. IP private, and only shared with my roommate, who doesn't know what SS13 is. No VPN afaik.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I'm an innocent man.
References of good conduct: Former Admin, left in good standing. Have (very minorly) contributed to bugfixes for the codebase.
