Well. My friend appealed this two weeks ago. But apparently, he was misunderstood and the appeal was closed.
I ask you to check his ban again and let the admin take a better look and see that a one person cannot play two accounts on different IPs at the same time.

Your side of the story: My friend was banned, perhaps by system that might have defined him as my alt account. He could not log in to some Servers, so we considered what could have caused the problem. I gave him my account for a while. We solved the problem, but he got a ban on Terry and well... Sos-Kircor is not my alt account. Please, remove his Admin Remarks from my Account.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Check logs, we played at the same time. And we have a lot of people who can prove that he is not my alt account.

I'm not lifting this. Either you are lying and this is just an alt, or you're telling the truth and you loaned your main account to your friend, which I'd be tempted to ban both your accounts given that you're willing to share accounts with someone else which is super not good.

Your friend can make a new account if he wishes. I would highly recommend not sharing your account in the future.

Okay, okay, I didn’t get it either. Are we guilty in this situation? We were merely trying to solve an issue with connection to other servers. Even if somehow it's considered a fair ban, then why did you straightly write that my friend may create new account, having his main acc banned? And does it break some rule about bypassing ban?

Because if we're assuming that you're telling the truth, then your friend's account was only banned because they were found to share connection data with your account. Keep in mind that, if another account is created and found to be playing on your connection or computer, it will be banned as well.

I wouldn't look this gift horse in the mouth. I'm basically telling you that, if you did actually multikey, you're getting a second chance and not to do it again.
