Why you think you should be unbanned: I think the ban length being permanent was a little too much, I understand what I did was wrong, but it was 5 and a half years ago now, I do miss this game and the /tg servers are the only ones that are playable

I've pinged Owegno about this appeal on the Discord. With any luck he'll respond fairly quickly.

As a brief explanation for why there was a wildly disproportionate permaban:

Back in the past this was how we dealt with players who left during an ahelp. The idea was that the permaban would draw them to the forums so they could properly explain their side of the story.

You'll be happy to know we don't do this anymore, since all it did was push people away from the servers and we found a lot of people just evaded bans instead of appealing.

The ban's been lifted and you should have no issues connecting to the server.
