Your side of the story: I had been flashed and promoted to revhead by a bumrushing initial revhead who was caught almost immediately afterwards. Security was already securing cargo for mindshields at the time of my promotion, and I did not know that there was a third revhead as I had not seen them yet. Due to these factors, I erroneously assumed that the revolution was basically over, and that it would be easier to turn myself in then get round-removed. Upon being informed about the third revhead, who wasn't in custody, I stopped attempting to surrender, and made an honest attempt at carrying out a revolution.
Why you think the note should be amended: The note reason fails to address the fact that I assumed the revolution was imminently doomed, and the fact that I immediately went back to making a good faith effort for the team when I knew it wasn't basically already over.

Hey there, thanks for appealing this note, but I don't really intend on amending the note any.

Here are the relevant logs from the round:

First, you are flashed and converted into the revolution, and shortly after converted to a head revolutionary.
Within the next 3 minutes, the head revolutionary who flashed you who was caught, and you immediately decide to give yourself up - despite there being quite a number of revolutionaries (8+) and another headrev still out there. Even if you didn't know there was another headrev out there, it's kind of your duty to go out and convert people, not jump the gun and surrender on the spot.

(It's also worth noting the first headrev that was caught wasn't even executed on the spot, but exiled and eventually made their way out to freedom. You were even there watching as they exiled the first headrev through the security windows - there wasn't any real reason to assume the revolution was "imminently doomed" by this point. This is largely why I don't feel like the note needs to be amended.)

After you outed yourself, I step in and tell you that you shouldn't out yourself like that as a headrev, as it works against your team.

15 minutes after your conversion, a detective asks you to come along to the brig willingly, to which you comply (not even being cuffed).

(Note that in the 25 minutes between when you outed yourself and this point, you didn't communicate with any team members or even seek out the remaining final headrev (who was still alive, free, and converting people at the time).
This is quite evident of poor team-play, which is why a note was placed.)

You arrive in the brig un-cuffed and allow them to exile you (until eventually, an officer decides to execute you).

In my eyes, this is very poor team-play, and while I do appreciate that you attempted to get into the swing of the revolution after I asked, I wouldn't necessarily say it was the grandest-faith attempt at I've seen.

Ultimately, I don't feel like this note needs to be amended any. It was placed as evidence that you had issues cooperating with your team after being converted. It's worth mentioning that the note itself is minor severity due to the fact that you have a very clean note history and you were understanding about the situation when I approached you about it.
