Your side of the story: Hi, I got banned afew days ago by the admin Cimika because I killed a felinid player. Okay I know I killed a felinid and that is not ok, but firstly, the felinid got revived like a minute after, secondly only I got a permament ban and she wants a voucher from other servers to prove I act in good faith. I'm not sure about what I did that was so incriminating so as to lead to a perm ban, and I wasnt there alone I was with 3 other players. The admin mentioned a history of doing dumb shit. WHAT IS THAT HISTORY? I got banned like on my 3rd game ever because I multi accounted and I got 7 days for it, my second ban was like 2 months, lasted 5 days because I broke rule 8. Yes, I know I am a dumbass but in the end I really hope you can tell that was harmless fun. My other bans were simply for netspeak. I wasnt very fond of the rules. I killed that felind because I was very annoyed at the admins who spawned in spinning felinid photos and did dumb shit regarding felinids. WE (I was not alone) spawned and made bats and started hunting felinds. When we killed a felinid (allowing her to be taken back to medbay peacefully and to be revived) they immediately bitched to an admin and got a (very much felinid supportive) admin to punish us. I don't know what punishments the other people received, but looking at the permanent ban logs I see none related to this incident other than mine, even though several other people were involved. Any other admin would, I reckon, ban me for a much less permanent period of time. I don't even think I killed her, I think it was another played called Braeden kuster. I only took part in the linch mob and was punished the worst for it instead of the person who attacked first and killed her. I dont even want to be unbanned at this point if another admin decides that I should be banned but I want to speak to another admin taht is no biased towards felinids. If they tell me that I should stay banned then I will and will meet the requirements for my unbanning which involve getting a voucher from anothers servers administration that proves that I am acting in good faith.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I believe that my ban was unfair due to being confronted with an admin that is obviously biased towards felinids. I also was not the one to kill the felinid as far as my memory can recall and I think that the ban was unjust. Admin also claim that I have a history of doing dumb shit but I never did that much stuffs, also I did not multiaccount twice only once.

With this, we can clearly see that you indeed murdered someone for no other reason than "They were a felinid and we decided to lynch felinids" as a non-antagonist.

Now, the reason why I chose to escalate this to a permaban was due to your history. Specifically a part that you chose to downplay in your appeal, being that after getting banned for multi-keying, you proceeded to multikey again, which I confronted you for. Ever since that incident, which demonstrated that you didn't care much for the rules, you were on very thin ice. I could have perma-banned you for the second time, I chose to let you off the hook and watch you to see if you would make an effort to act in good faith. As it stands, killing someone for no reasons and stating in the ticket that you had no reason to do it, as well as stating "felinid lynch round", is not a display of good faith. Add on top of that your numerous OOC in IC incidents and the pretty egregious rule 8 break that you were previously banned for, and I stand by my decision to apply a permanent ban.

Your appeal is denied, and I will ask you to come back in a minimum of six months with a voucher from another respectable server. As always the head admins are free to overrule this as they see fit.

As for your claims of bias in favour of felinids, they are not relevant to the appeal as the issue would have been the same no matter the race of players you chose to target for your lynching. If you believe I have displayed a bias in favour of a group of player due to the race of their characters, feel free to open a complaint.

The note and appeal for this ban both make it clear this is a rule 0 ban. As such, it is not the incident itself that is worthy of a perma (though murdering someone FNR is bad), but that your behaviour on the server is something we're better off without.
Specifically, you were caught multikeying during an ongoing round on two seperate occasions.

Banned from the server for 7 days - Multikeying on account "morhilobittenfurry" after being killed on this account by a traitor, I have explained the consequences of this if he does it again

has been caught multikeying once more due to, as they claimed, a bug when they used this account. I have chosen to be nice and not permaban them on the spot for this, but I have clearly told them that if they ever log in the same shift with two accounts again, they will be permabanned.

Either one of these incidents would have been grounds for a perma, as we have a zero tolerance policy for this kind of thing. The fact that you were allowed to play here after that is very generous, but it means ultimately that we're expecting you to shape up or get shown the door. Your conduct during the ticket shows a complete disregard for our rules, which is the wrong attitude to have if you've been allowed to keep playing here after being caught multikeying twice.
