We require players in command positions let us know if they need to leave early in the round. It's stated by the game when you join up as a command officer. These positions can be critical to the game's progression and we jobban for these sort of things to deter people from wasting a slot just because it was a job they didn't like.

Not saying that was your motivation, as like you said, real life happens, but you weren't around for us to talk this out. So what we do is give players who do this a jobban as a notice of sorts so we can later explain it to them when they get back to us.

That said, I'm certain you're now fully aware of the rule and why we have it, so I'm going to lift it now. Just please let us know next time you need to duck out early as a head of staff.
