Then don't reply, just exit the game if your 100% certain your going to get banned.

You were told to post again when you had calmed down. You clearly haven't, and I find it very hard to believe that PAS took literally 50 minutes to ban you. A simple solution would be to stop doing things that had you interacting with the admins in a negative fashion on such a constant basis that you notice this trend.
Your post consists mainly of you generally insulting all of us without providing any actual proof to back up your accusations.
