This occurred a long time ago and I doubt the admin in question has any evidence/logs/screenshots of me doing anything other than disagreeing with him so I'd like this note removed please.

The burden of proof is on you to show that the note is invalid. This particular note is just an opinion of a single admin. It's not going to condemn you unless you start getting similar notes from different admins.
