This was deleted by PKP, this is fine, I have no issue with this, it was an empty quote.


I then requoted the message and added more context around it.

This message was then deleted by PKP in what I can only assume was a fit of salt because I called him out for being banally evil and pedantic.

This message should not have been deleted, and I would like the forum admins to review this case.

Pretty plainly not in the interest of discussing the thread topic, and rather at taking a jab at me for deleting emptyquotes. I can't imagine that particular post advancing discussion in the thread in any positive, on-topic way. Deleting posts like that at my discretion is in fact the purpose of my role, and not an abuse of it.
I am about 95% sure that this complaint is not entirely genuine either, and is a classic oranges extended jape.

Side note, I also I don't know that this board is for this kind of thing but I'm not gonna touch it personally

The rules were indeed tweaked in this subforum to accommodate instances of forum mod abuse last year. Whether this qualifies as that I'm not saying, however the rules reflect that this is the proper place to do so if the person complaining feels that it fits that category.
