Exists for the same reason the H.O.N.K does, classified under the "Clown technology" tab, something the clown can pester robotics to make.

Maybe a clownborg has a specific directive about obeying any order given by a clown (Or something clown related, clownssimov? A set of rules that will permit the clownborg to fuck with people, while not giving it free reign to murder or whatever)

Most of his abilities are parrots of clown favorites, like summoning a Holobanana (Can be destroyed by attacking it with anything)

Comes with built in space lube dispenser, bike horn, mostly generally harmless, abusable by somebody clever maybe, much like all the clown shenanigans, but like a honkbot you could always just whack it.

There is already a clown module for cyborgs in the code. They are admin spawn only, though.
