RP Jobs

This isn't really important, but I find that people forego the RP jobs (Librarian, Chaplain, Lawyer) to play as yet another clown, sec officer, etc. Librarian especially. How can we fix this?
Personally, Chaplain is good for cult but I think Librarian should be too. Perhaps he can read cult books? And perhaps lawyer could have a higher authority.

Maybe they just don't enjoy those jobs but others do? Giving them extra use won't make it any better

This thread again. Legitimate RP jobs are fine. They're not really round essential except to give them flavor (though I do wish those who do chose to play librarian were a bit more creative than reading WGW to get insta-lynched every round) and to play a role in one specific roundtype. A well-played RP job is also an excuse for admins to add !!!fun!!! to a round without directly breaking the flow of the round. Its just the <name of job nobody pays attention to here> being weird again.

RP jobs are generally there to be better intergrated assistants with a minor perk for them in case they need to powergame, IE in case they are a traitor.
Otherwise these jobs are just for fun. If you want them to be integral to the station they cease being RP jobs.
