Make so that if there are more than 1 GW in the grid and you try to cut/place a cable or touch a shocked door/grille there is a chance that you will be gibbed, add 0,5% for every GW upwards

Ok but make it so if you have a ridiculous amount of milk in your system there is a chance that you will become a skeleton with a whole lot of burn damage.
