New minor antag: Gestalt

Gestalts spawn in a group of 3-to-5 as these useless ghost things. Their abilities are:

Gestalt Link
Gestalts have access to a hive-chat sort of thing via this ability.

Possess
This is very important. It has a channel period but when successful it transfers the gestalt's mind into another creature. Sort of like a nerfed version of wizard mindswap, but not limited to sentient mobs (Yes, that means you can possess Ian as a gestalt). Not sure if it should act like mindswap, just leave the previous vessel catatonic, or revert the previous vessel to the original mind it had before possession. (Note: If you use this ability from the "useless ghost", the ghost just disappears.)

Once a gestalt has possessed a vessel, it gains a few more abilities:

Psionic Lance
Not as cool as you'd think it is by the name. It basically just slows someone, blurs their vision, gives them a MASSIVE amount of stamina damage, and gives them a message in BIG RED TEXT about feeling like they've been stabbed in the head. Not sure how long the effects should last.

Rend Mind
A gestalt's strongest ability, this has a long channel period but upon completion it gives the victim a MASSIVE amount of brain damage and a bunch of traumas, as well as sending them into fakecrit with stamina damage.

Note: This is probably completely unbalanced lol. Please add on to this so it'll be better if it gets added.

EDIT: Changed name from "watcher" to "gestalt" because there is a Lavaland mob called a watcher.

the game is already bloated with antags as is. please explain why this would be a positive addition to the game.

2. It's meant to be something that happens to make long rounds more fun. (This is the actual reason.)
