Noone even bothers to check posts that need approval and just today i got a message about my post being approved 2-3 weeks after i posted it.

I also am not a repeat offender which my notes show.

To me this seems more like we just need to check posts that require approval more often than removing your own watchlist. You shitposted in FNR why should I remove post approval when instead I can try to improve standards for all?

I agree with shezaa, tbh, I've been on post approval before many times and it takes weeks for posts to get approved unless you actively badger someone.

Mostly due to the gutting of the forum administration team.

As one of the few active mods (sometimes it seems like the only one) I'd like to say that I do my best, but if I enter a thread without context like a ban appeal and don't have time to read through it, I'll generally not touch reported posts that aren't immediately obvious as off topic. The same goes for approving posts. In the last few months I've also been frequently out of town leaving me unable to cull the moderation queue, but now that I'm back I've been aiming to keep it down to at most maybe 3 reports.

Will get on that more. It should be easier once forum administration and server administration is combined together.

As for now, I will pay a bit more attention to it, but I don't think it's time for that yet.
