I've been trying to join this damn server for the past year. And it never works. I always get some bullshit like 'access denied.'
Two damn words every time.
But why.
WHY.
HELP ME DAMMIT.

It's possible that panic bunker is on, disallowing everyone who has never connected to tgstation from joining. You haven't come up in the database as having connected so I doubt you're banned.

If around 3-4 EST today is fine with you, I might be able to disable panic bunker for a bit and allow you to join. I didn't think it was enabled but maybe someone did.

I'm logging onto bagil right now to see if I can fix it,will update once I figure out whats wrong.
edit: It's not panic bunker, that's disabled on bagil.

Are you shadow banned from byond, have you ever donated and pulled your donation?
Are you using a CID evasion tool, are you using a vpn, are you multikeying.

BYOND version is more specific than that, you'll find your exact version by clicking the gear at the top right of the BYOND window and selecting About BYOND.

Are you able to join other servers? Try a random server off the hub or even another BYOND game entirely. That'll help narrow it down.

try to join a server and take a screenshot. it can take a few seconds for the game client to launch so don't click the banner again if the first click fails.
From what I could find in the logs, I can see your client connecting, the server than tells your client to reconnect (this is a security check given to never before seen computers connecting) and than your client disconnects but fails to actually connect again.
I want a screen shot to see how much of the user interface has loaded so i can actually guess at why its not reconnecting properly
