I was banned for shooting people with syrringes, I can not justify what i did nor can i truly ask forgiveness. But i miss playing on this server and i promise to try harder to be a helpful member and to make the game fun for everyone. I will not grief, and i will do the job i am assigned to the best of my ability. I am trying hard to learn and be a better player and have not griefed any servers since i was banned from this one. Please give me a chance. I promise i wont grief. I want to play with my friends on this server.

Subtle isn't here, but I'm going to go ahead and lift this, keep in mind you and your friends are not allowed to communicate outside the game.

Oh, and since this isn't my ban, consider this a probation period, if you mess up again I'll re-apply it.
