Your side of the story: I wasnt able to tell the admin my side of the story and I guess thats why he said for me to tell it on the forums. I was having a slow day with my internet provider, Sometimes I just get days where my internet is slower than usual. Not sure if thats just my network or isp. I was lagging out on the server that day. I had to restart byond a few times and reconnect to the server a few times on the previous round I played and also on the current round. The scientist which I killed stole my slime extracts I put in the freezer and took my plasma which I didn't grind yet, not sure why he did nor did he tell me why. I attacked him and ended up lagging in the fight. I usually reconnect at that but I was in a fight and didnt want to more vulnerable for a few seconds so I waited it out. I didnt lagg out and I was still on the server. I was still able to move but it registered slowly and all at once. I ended up moving my character more than intended and throwing more punches as well. I ended up putting him down and I guess killing him. I only intended to knock him down and take my stuff back off him. I wasnt sure if the guy was dead, knocked down or on crit but didnt check. I was pretty laggy in the fight and the guy was down so I decided to reconnect since I wasnt really vulnerable anymore. I tried to reconnect but I was still laggy after I did so I restarted my router and waited. After my router was restarted I tried to join the server but I was banned. Now looking back on it I shouldnt have attacked him. I should have told him to give it back or call sec. That was a bad idea and I shouldnt have done that. I wouldnt disagree if I had to get punishment for it but I dont think a perma ban is justified. It was probably a bad idea to have played the server being this laggy anyways.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Because I believe the punishment dosent fit the crime. Id get it if I wasnt unbanned but to me a perma is just too much.
