Idk if this what you're looking for, but here's some random tips for making medicine.
You can make cryoxadone/clonexadone or mutagen in one beaker in like 10 seconds. It makes me sad when I see people manually making it all using the little 30u bottles you can print from the chemmaster.
1. Set the input to 5, add welding fuel, carbon, hydrogen.
2. Click oxygen and welding fuel three times each (or set input to 15 I guess)
3. Remove 15u from the beaker with the buttons at the bottom
4. Set input to 10u. Add chlorine, phosphorous, radium
5. Add 30u of bromine or stable plasma depending on what you're making.
If you're making clonexadone remove 60u then add 30u sodium and a bit of plasma from the grinder.
You can do something similar with tricord, but that one is even easier.
Using sythflesh in the smoke machine heals damage (very slowly). Keeps people from wasting bruise/brute packs for minor damage. Just make sure you check on the contents occasionally as people like to dump other stuff in there.
Setting the chem heater to a higher temp makes it heat much quicker. So basically always set it to 999k unless you're making meth.
Corgium works with only 1u of each ingredient. So if you make a beaker of all the ingredients except one, heat it, then use a dropper to add 1u of the last ingredient at a time you can spam corgis without having to remake it all every time.
You can use synthflesh to get people in range for that revival reagent (if people ever made that) or defibs.
Atropine + tricord (or omnizene) syringes in a rapid syringe gun are amazing for nuke ops, clock cult etc. You can remotely revive a critted player and have them continiously heal. Just make sure you don't miss and hit the bad guy.

I always make a bunch of bottles of phenol, acetone, oil and more so I don't have to waste time making more for those complex recipes or let any excess go to waste

Lube would probably make them slip away from the smoke tho, right?

Fill the smoke machine with colorful reagent, set radius to max, turn it on. Then unwrench it, drag it somewhere else, and repeat.
If you don't have access to a smoke machine, hack an ecig (screwdriver open+multitool) and put colorful reagent/quantum hair dye in there.

Works with cigarettes, too, of course, but cigars have twice the volume.

Put plasma in an energy cell then put it in a stun baton then run around with it out so When someone disarms you anf turns it on to stun you they explode

Sulfonal knocks you out, anacea removes medicines. Both deal some toxin damage.
Two units of sulfonal is plenty, I prefer mixing it with a muting agent and something that stuns right away.

My favourite scientist prank is to give a stunprod a bluespace power cell injected with plasma and leave it somewhere a greyshit will find.
Power cell explosion size is dependant on power cell capacity
