Ban reason and length: metacomms with karftavand, this is a permanent ban
Time ban was placed (including time zone):2014-09-06-02:11:48 pacific time zone
Your side of the story: I was playing with an irl friend last night and greyshitting it up as one might say, (others may call it being a shitler but you get the idea) so at the end of the round karftavand, (who i know irl) told me via -metcomms channel here- that they left him in the permabrig and left for the emergency shuttle. I decided to go up there and bust him out because i thought it was bullshit sec left him.
Saegrimr then admin pm'd me and asked "how did you know your friend was in there?"
i told him "alright man, you got me"
after that i was permanently banned
Why you think you should be unbanned:
i have played here quite some time and enjoy the code, admins, gameplay. I have never had any kind of a run in with the staff before and while the ban is completely justified i wanted to apologize for being a shitter and ask that it be lowered if not removed.

Anyway as it is, the both of you were banned for pretty obvious metacomms.
In the admin PMs I was talking to your friend who was more concerned about being brigged for helping a traitor (also against the rules) than the metacomms, but both of you were pretty up front with admitting it so that's appreciated.

Standard policy here is only one of you gets unbanned, and the other can appeal much later. So, have a talk with your friend and figure out who needs his spacemen fix more and reply back here. I'm leaning more towards unbanning you, from the way the PMs were handled.
