Description of what happened:
Server was empty and I had just set everything up when he joined late and killed me, then spaced himself.
Why they should be banned:
Killing for no reason when not antag

This was a pretty clear-cut case. I placed a permaban, let's see if he wants to explain himself here (or anywhere).
