Remove letting the shuttle arrive in Revs but never leave

In many rev rounds, people who are unaware of the fact that the shuttle will never leave while Heads of Staff/Revheads are still alive will call the shuttle and then people will sit on it for the rest of the round waiting for it to leave, even thought it never will. I propose showing a giant message announcing that the shuttle won't leave until the political situation is resolved. This will, of course allow people to confirm there are revs, but when have revs ever been quiet enough to not get noticed 30 minutes into the round?

It should be more interesting, at least. Like Space Soviet Union sending a shuttle of revolutionary celebration.

Hell, maybe tie it into an escalation mechanic; Centcomm and/or the antag group benefactors send a package of equipment and weapons to deal with the situation.

Personally I'd have the self-destruct go off at the 50 minute mark, with a warning being given at the 40 minute mark to resolve the political situation sharpish.

Just to avoid situations were a revhead or head of staff fucks off into an out of the way locker or space and there's no admin on to punish them for it.

I dislike seeing heads on either side hide to prolong the round. Cowardice will be punished.

For the record, last I checked, if all the heads or revheads hide in a locker or flee the station, rev rounds automatically end.

This has led to accidental hilarity when the only rev head is a Miner, or heads deliberately shutting themselves in closets to end rev rounds early.

That takes considerably more time and if you're wrong then you're screwed because that means it's something else and they're probably on the shuttle with.

Calling the shuttle can be useful to get supplies from the shuttle. Mainly medical shit but it can be useful. Wouldn't really be saddened to see it go back to just never arriving though, it doesn't matter either way. Usually even the densest of heads/sec have figured out it's a rev round if they're calling it on one anyway.

I believe that the original idea behind this change was that if the heads do not know if the round is Rev, it means that they will gather in the shuttle. Revs can use this to target and take them out more easily. Even if the roundtype is known, people tend to gather in the shuttle, which makes them easier to find.
